Coaching for Life

Personal and Workplace Development Skills Certificate Program

A life skills coach is a trained professional who is skilled in assisting individuals or groups in any change process. Coaches can offer clients and employers advanced skills in group and meeting facilitation. Coaches are also trained to model and evaluate skills which support individualized learning or personal development in workplace, academic, or other settings. The Coaching for Life Certificate Program is comprised of two four-week courses incorporating foundation methods associated with the Saskatchewan New Start approach to life skills and recent innovations in coaching practice.
